Rental Terms

Minimum Rental	3-day minimum on all rentals
Security Deposit	$5,000 refundable deposit (held on credit card or wire transfer, released upon return inspection)
Insurance Required	Renter must provide a Certificate of Insurance listing 9JA Enterprise LLC as Additional Insured. Replacement value: $65,000
Shipping & Pickup	Local pickup available in Houston, TX. Outbound and return shipping billed at cost. International shipping available.
Calibration	All units inspected, calibrated, and field-tested before shipping. Calibration certificate included with every rental.
Damage & Loss	Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. Full terms in the rental agreement.
Long-Term Discount	Rentals over 90 days qualify for custom pricing — contact us for a quote.
