Every international order from 9JA Enterprise comes with complete export documentation including a commercial invoice with the correct HS/HTS codes for GNSS receivers, total stations, and data collectors, a detailed packing list, and country of origin documentation. We use FedEx International Priority, UPS Worldwide Express, and DHL Express for time-sensitive shipments, and economy freight options for large orders. Every shipment is fully insured for the declared value of the equipment.
We pack all equipment in double-wall corrugated cartons with foam-in-place or custom-cut foam inserts — the same standard used by Trimble's own factory. A GNSS receiver that survives a 6-foot drop onto concrete is still fragile during international air freight if it's poorly packed. Our packing standards ensure your equipment arrives in the same condition it left our shop.
Note for International Buyers: You are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees in your country. We provide all documentation needed to facilitate smooth clearance, but we cannot pre-pay or guarantee foreign import duties. Shipping Restrictions: Some countries have import restrictions on GPS/GNSS equipment, encryption-capable radios, or electronic surveying instruments. We will advise you of any known restrictions for your country before your order is processed. OFAC-sanctioned countries cannot be served.

Every unit is RTK-tested and verified before packing. Equipment is packed in double-wall cartons with custom foam — built to survive international air freight.
We prepare a complete commercial invoice with HS codes, detailed packing list, country of origin, and any additional documentation required for your country.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our Cypress/Houston TX facility. Tracking is provided via email immediately upon shipment.
Our documentation is designed for clean customs clearance. Duties and VAT are assessed by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.

Precision surveying equipment is classified under specific HS codes that customs authorities worldwide use to assess duties. We classify all equipment correctly, which means no delays from mis-declared goods and no unexpected clearance issues at the destination port.
Itemized invoice with accurate declared value, HS/HTS classification codes, country of origin (USA), and full product descriptions. Required for all international shipments.
Detailed packing list with item descriptions, quantities, weights, and dimensions for each carton. Matches the commercial invoice line by line.
GNSS receivers: HS 9015.80. Total stations: HS 9015.10. Data collectors: HS 8471.30. Correct classification prevents duty disputes and customs holds.
All equipment ships from the USA (Houston, TX). Certificate of origin available upon request for countries requiring it for preferential duty treatment.
All international shipments are insured for full declared value. Insurance documentation provided upon request for customs or receiving purposes.
Electronic Export Information (EEI) filed through the Automated Export System (AES) for shipments over $2,500 as required by US Census Bureau regulations.
Note on Radio Frequencies: Some countries restrict the import of radio-equipped GNSS receivers on certain frequencies (particularly 900 MHz spread spectrum). We can advise on frequency compatibility for your country and offer radio frequency switching in-house if needed before shipment. Ask us before ordering if you have frequency concerns.
