Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

You can return products if the item you received doesn’t match the listing description, or if it arrived faulty or damaged within 10 days or receipt.

Returns for reasons other than above are handled case-by-case with the primary objective of making our customers happy. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. 

When selecting a product to purchase we highly recommend verifying the item is compatible with your application or current equipment. If you are uncertain, please call or email us, our Product Specialists can assist you with your purchase.

We typically do not allow returns for items that you’ve changed your mind about - or are not compatible with your application / current equipment.

Not as described or arrived damaged or faulty:

If the item you received doesn't match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, you have 10 days to return or exchange it.  Please contact us immediately.
