✓ Returns We Accept
- Item not as described — If the equipment materially differs from our listing (wrong model, missing accessories listed, undisclosed damage), we cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
- Arrived damaged or faulty — If the unit was damaged in transit or arrives with a defect not disclosed at time of sale, contact us within 14 days. We'll resolve it via repair, replacement, or full refund.
- Dead on arrival — Equipment that fails to power on or function in basic testing upon receipt qualifies for an immediate return or replacement.
- Wrong item shipped — If we sent you the wrong unit, we'll arrange pickup and send the correct item at no additional cost.
✗ Non-Returnable Items & Situations
- Buyer's remorse / change of mind — We do not accept returns because you changed your mind, found a better price elsewhere, or no longer need the equipment. Please purchase carefully.
- Incompatibility with your existing system — We strongly encourage you to verify compatibility before purchasing. Call us — our team will help you confirm fit. Returns are not accepted for compatibility issues that could have been resolved with a pre-sale inquiry.
- Returns after 14 days — Any return request initiated after 14 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted regardless of reason, except in cases covered under the 90-day warranty.
- Used, damaged, or altered after receipt — Items returned with new damage, modifications, missing accessories, or evidence of field use beyond initial testing will be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
- Software licenses, subscriptions, or digital items — All software, license transfers, and subscriptions are final sale once activated or transferred.
- Special orders or custom-configured equipment — Items sourced or configured to your specific requirements are final sale.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs except in cases where the item was not as described, arrived damaged, or was the wrong item — in which case 9JA Enterprise will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse verified shipping costs.
- All returns must be sent using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Pack items carefully in the original packaging or equivalent protection. Equipment damaged due to improper return packing will be subject to repair costs deducted from the refund.
- Do not return items without a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Important: Refunds may be reduced or denied if returned items show new damage, are missing components that were included at time of sale, or show evidence of being used extensively in the field beyond initial acceptance testing.
Items returned in original, unaltered condition with all included accessories receive a full refund. Items returned with missing accessories or minor handling wear may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
All pre-owned and refurbished equipment sold by 9JA Enterprise LLC includes a 90-day limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty is serviced entirely in-house by our own technicians — the same people who tested and prepped your unit before it shipped.
What the Warranty Covers
- Hardware defects that develop under normal operating conditions within 90 days of delivery
- Component failures not caused by user damage, misuse, or environmental factors
- Functional issues related to the core measurement and communication capabilities described in the listing
- Parts and labor for covered repairs performed at our facility
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage caused after delivery — drops, impacts, water ingress, improper mounting
- Damage from misuse — operating outside specified conditions, using unapproved accessories, or improper storage
- Consumable parts — batteries, cables, stylus tips, and other wear items
- Software and licenses — firmware issues caused by unauthorized updates or third-party software
- Cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, or enclosure wear that do not affect function
- Units that have been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than 9JA Enterprise during the warranty period
- Natural disasters, theft, or loss — we recommend inland marine insurance for high-value equipment
Warranty Service Process: Contact us to describe the issue. We'll troubleshoot remotely first — many issues are resolved with a quick call or firmware update. If service is required, we'll issue an RA number and you ship the unit to us (buyer covers inbound shipping; we cover return shipping on covered warranty repairs).
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not extend the original warranty period upon repair or replacement.

We'll review your request and issue a Return Authorization number. Do not ship without it.
Pack securely with the RA number on the outside of the box. Use a trackable, insured carrier.
We inspect within 3 business days and issue refund, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
9JA Enterprise LLC sells pre-owned and refurbished equipment. All equipment is sold in "as-is" condition beyond the specific representations made in each product listing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question.
- We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages — including lost profits, project delays, or costs incurred from equipment failure in the field.
- We make no representation regarding compatibility with third-party software, networks, or subscription services unless explicitly stated in the listing.
- Equipment performance in the field depends on operator skill, environmental conditions, and proper setup. Variation from expected performance due to these factors does not constitute a defect.
- This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for hardware issues and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Return Abuse Policy: 9JA Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service or future sales to buyers who exhibit a pattern of return abuse, submit fraudulent damage claims, or misrepresent the condition of returned items. We track return history and share information with payment processors as permitted by law.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Equipment held or seized by customs does not qualify for a refund. International return shipping costs, duties on returned items, and any import fees for warranty service are the buyer's responsibility.
We strongly recommend international buyers contact us prior to purchase to discuss shipping options, documentation requirements, and any country-specific restrictions.
This policy applies to all purchases made through 9jatools.com and 9ja.tools. 9JA Enterprise LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction. All disputes are subject to the laws of the State of Texas.
